Motivation

One of the main reasons many people benefit from having a personal trainer is that they, on their own, lose the motivation to stick with an exercise program. With my program and guidance together we can provide the structure and an accountability that will help you to develop a lifestyle that encourages good health.

Designed for you

My programs are designed for you, to meet your training goals and to work with, and/or around any injuries/limitations you may have. I will work with you and your health care provider to develop a safe plan that’s right for you.

I will work with you to focus on your health goals and develop a plan for you that will get maximum results in minimum time.

If you are new to exercise

If you are a beginner, I will become your ultimate fitness coach! I will introduce you to a very simple and effective workout routine that will change your life. As you grow stronger and more confident so to will your program! Again, designed with you in mind!!!

Plateaus

If you are already in decent shape, but feel you still have some room for improvement and you've been there for sometime and you just can’t seem to push past that plateau. Are doing the same routines without any signs of progress? Then my program is your perfect solution!

Can I do it alone?

If you ultimately want to learn all the facts about designing your own routines. Going for a few months may be all you need. I will teach you the basics of building and modifying a fitness program to achieve maximum results.

Workout Safely

I will watch your form, monitor your vitals and provide objective feedback about your limits and strengths. Most people tend to ignore some of the subtle signals our body provides. We push through pain or give up too soon. I will watch what you are doing while you are doing it, and I will push you or slow you down as necessary.

Workout at your home

I make house calls! If you are not interested in going to a gym, and have a hard time knowing what to do on your own at home… . I can come to you with a fitness program for you to do in the comfort of your own home!

Lose Weight

The number one reason people hire me is to lose weight and get into better shape – and YES it works! If you have made a resolution to be in better shape, lose weight and tone your muscles, then together with your hard work and commitment, I will help you reach your goals!
